Turdiyev Alisher Bahodirovich was born on January 27, 1984, in Chartak, Namangan region. From 1994 to 2001, he studied the bass dutar at the Glier Music School. During his school years, his interest in the work of singer Ozodbek Nazarbekov led him to follow in his footsteps.

Between 2001 and 2005, while studying at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan, he began to create music independently with the help of his mentor. Alisher was first brought onto the big stage by his mentor, Ozodbek Nazarbekov, during the concert program titled "Yuragimda kuylaganim sen" (You are what I sing in my heart) on May 15-16, 2005, where he performed his song "Meni kechir" (Forgive me).
In 2007, he presented his first collection of songs titled "Ko'ngil istab..." (The heart desires...) to fans under the stage name Alisher Fayz. On May 21-22, 2008, his first solo concert program titled "Umidim sendan..." (My hope is in you...) at the Istiqlol Palace of Arts received applause from fans. Later, he presented his solo concert programs "Nigohingga ol" (Take into your gaze) in 2009 and "Senga talpinib" (Reaching for you) in 2010 to his fans.
