Jahongir.uz was born in Tashkent under the sign of Aries. From the age of 6, Jahongir Azimkhodjayev attended the cello department of the Glier Music School. After school, he graduated from the faculty of music sound engineering at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan. In 2000, Jahongir began his solo career. The singer's hit tracks include the songs "Qalbimda kuz", "Yolg'izman", "Birga emas", and "Bir tiyin". To date, the singer has presented more than 40 songs and the albums "Yolg'izman" and "Birga emas" to his fans. Jahongir also wrote soundtracks for the films "Ho'ja Nasriddin", "Qani bo'ldi", and "Tutash taqdirlar". He is also the music composer for songs by singers such as Sardor Rahimkhon, Shokhjakhon Juraev, Kaniza, Leyli, Iroda Nosirova, and Oybek & Nigora.
