Nilufar Saidova was born on August 20, 1977, in the city of Gazalkent, Bostonliq district, Tashkent region. Even while studying at School No. 3 named after A. Qodiriy, she had a very high passion for singing. When she was in the 9th grade, she even organized a group called "Qizlar" (The Girls) among her classmates. Being among the first in school events, Nilufar won first place in a singing competition held among 40-50 girls at the Palace of Culture in Gazalkent. It was there that she met composer Sultonali Raxmatov and began creating music with him. In 1995, she entered the musical drama acting faculty of the Tashkent State Institute of Arts. At the age of 20, the singer released her first album titled "Nilufar Saidova" to her fans. To date, she has been able to provide her fans with 15 more music albums, two Maqom discs, over ten audio CDs, and more than 300 songs. In 1999, she married Sultonali Raxmatov. In 2000, their daughter named Nozanin was born. In that same year, Nilufar Saidova graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Arts. The year 2000 was very lucky for the singer. She won the "Nihol" award. In 2001, at the age of 24, she became an Honored Artist of Uzbekistan, and in 2004, she received the "Do'stlik" (Friendship) Order. In 2004, Nilufar Saidova presented her first theatrical concert program titled "Hayotni seving do'stlar" (Love life, friends) at the "Istiqlol" Palace.
