Sayyora Qoziyeva was born on July 25, 1962, in the Boysun district of the Surxandaryo region, Republic of Uzbekistan. Starting in the 6th grade, she sang and was active in the former "Shalola", and currently "Boysun", folk ensemble in the Boysun district until 1995. Since 1995, she has been working at the "Uzbeknavo" association in Tashkent.

• In 1992, she was awarded the title of "Honored Artist of Uzbekistan".
Sayyora Qoziyeva has been performing Uzbek folk songs by adapting them to the modern Estrada genre. Throughout her career, she has sung in Uzbek, Tajik, Persian, Afghan, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Arabic, Russian, and Kazakh languages. To this day, she has sung over 400 songs, released over 30 musical albums, and over 40 music videos. The singer has also been showcasing her art in a number of foreign countries. She has been on concert tours in countries such as Great Britain, France, India, Turkey, and Afghanistan.
