Umid Azizxon was born on June 8, 1982, in the city of Guliston, Sirdaryo region, into a family of artists. From childhood, he attended music school alongside his regular schooling.
As the youngest child of director, playwright, and actor Tolaboy Qanoatov, Umid Azizxon also entered the world of art at a young age. He actively participated in drama and music clubs at school. After school, he graduated from the drama and film acting faculty of the Tashkent State Institute of Arts.
He was mentored by Munavvara Abdullayeva, a celebrated youth coach in Uzbekistan. He began his creative journey on stage during his childhood. While his parents worked at the theater, he played children's roles in the performances being staged. The songs «Oqshomlar», «Sevgi bu xayot», «Sog'inasan», and «Ohu ko'zini ko'rdim» became the singer's hit tracks.
To date, Umid Azizxon has released over 30 songs, 6 music videos, and albums titled «Sevgi bu xayot» and «Sen baxtimsan», which have found their audience. In 2010, he won first place in the «Yagonasan muqaddas Vatan» competition held within the Ministry of Internal Affairs system.
